Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, and authentication credentials (managed by our auth provider, Clerk). Workspace data: the campaigns, prospects, column data, and chat messages you create inside the product. Usage data: credit consumption, feature usage, and error telemetry — strictly to operate and improve the product.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the product (research companies, generate outreach copy, deliver enriched leads), to bill you, to send transactional email (team invites, billing receipts), and to provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not use your campaigns to train models.

3. Subprocessors

We rely on the following subprocessors: Clerk (auth), Supabase (database hosting), OpenRouter (LLM gateway), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments). When you connect a third-party provider (Apollo, Prospeo, Instantly, etc.), data flows to that provider under their privacy policy.

4. Your rights

You can export your data at any time from Settings → Exports. You can delete your workspace from Settings → Organization → Danger Zone. EU users have additional rights under GDPR; email privacy@revmetrix.ai to exercise them.

5. Data retention

Active workspace data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, data is removed from our primary systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
