Terms of Service

1. The service

RevMetrix AI provides a chat-driven outbound campaign tool. You retain ownership of all data you create in the product. We provide the service "as is" with reasonable commercial uptime targets.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: send spam or unsolicited bulk email that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar regulations; use the product to harass or defraud; reverse-engineer the service; or share your login. Outreach you send through connected providers is your responsibility — verify compliance with each platform's terms.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plans & Billing; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email billing@revmetrix.ai.

4. Credits and overage

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits do not roll over. Overage is billed at the per-credit rate disclosed at checkout, rounded up to the nearest credit pack.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your workspace.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
